We provide on-site service!

We ensure the shipment of our products from Monday to Friday within mainland France. The delivery date and time slot are scheduled in advance. The shipping of Nordic baths, spas, and saunas is carried out using a utility vehicle and trailer, according to the order.

In addition to being environmentally friendly, Størvatt products require very little maintenance, as they do not need to use chemicals for cleaning. Once drained, the baths and spas only require a quick rinse and brush before refilling. Only a filtration system with effective water treatment is mandatory in public environments.

Easy-to-Install ERP Group

For spas and baths, the technical units are provided on a plate, ready to connect. A Chlorine / pH regulation can be provided as an option, and remotely controllable. If we do not provide the regulation, we strongly recommend having one installed by the professional of your choice.

Automatic regulation pro

The automatic chlorine (CL) and pH regulation by Bayrol is an advanced solution for maintaining the chemical balance of Nordic baths and spas. It adjusts the chlorine and pH levels in real time, ensuring clean and safe water that meets the regulatory requirements of the ARS (Regional Health Agency).

Remote Monitoring

We provide remote support through a secure web portal and intervene as needed with our technical team. The technical unit features advanced diagnostic and maintenance functions, ensuring complete management and traceability of water parameters.

Breakdown service / After-sales service

We support you throughout the lifespan of your Størvatt.

All parts and consumables are always available, whether your Størvatt is new or dates back to the beginnings of Størvatt in 1997.

A technician is always on hand to answer any questions you may have, from water treatment to parts tracking and advice on use.

We supply all consumables, cartridge filters, water treatment products, spa covers, all products for saunas including essential oils, buckets and ladles, thermometers and hourglasses.
